I hired Nichole to fix a botched haircut that I received elsewhere a few months back. Nichole was personable and professional and sensed my anxiety. She took her time with our consultation and made sure I understood that my vision and hair goals would not happen overnight and would be a process over the next few months and we would work in stages to achieve our shared goals for my head. I so appreciated that she ook the time to explain her process and timeline before she cut into my hair since I didn't have much length to work with.
I know it was our first appointment, but what an improvement!!! My confidence is back.
